You must be named on the deed and all owners must sign and accept the written offer (must be notarized)
You must provide accurate parcel ID number (s) for the property.
You must email a picture of your DL, complete the contact form and an email will be sent to you to send your DL. (This must be done before an evaluation is completed on your property)
Note: if there is a tax lien or pre-foreclosure, we will need all paperwork you have received to date.
